Shipping policy
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged prior to shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Frances Farm & Craft LLC makes every effort to fulfill orders promptly; however, processing times may vary based on order volume.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, at our discretion. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Frances Farm & Craft LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Continental United States:
$3 flat-rate shipping
Free shipping on orders of $30 or more
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
$10 flat-rate shipping
We ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. When entering a military address at checkout, please select Armed Forces America (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP) from the State dropdown menu, and be sure to select United States (U.S.A.) as the country. Incorrect address selections may result in shipping delays or returned mail.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Frances Farm & Craft LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking details to assist with this process.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Frances Farm & Craft LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of returned orders.
Returns Due to Undeliverable Mail
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
