Are your skincare products natural?
Our products are made with thoughtfully selected natural ingredients that are gentle, effective, and safe for everyday use. We avoid harsh or irritating additives and focus on simple, high-quality ingredients you can feel good about using. All products are cruelty-free and crafted with care on our small farm.
Do your skincare products contain fragrance?
Some of our products are scented using essential oils or fragrance. If a product contains fragrance, it will always be clearly listed in the ingredients as essential oil or fragrance, so you can make the best choice for your preferences.
Are all your products handmade in the USA?
Yes! Every product is handmade in small batches in our Arizona workshop, right here on our farm.
What packaging do you use for shipping?
We ship all orders in eco-friendly, recyclable cardboard boxes. We do our best to keep our packaging minimal and sustainable.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re happy to help make it right.
For all other products, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
